:: still we need to learn basics ::


i think primary & secondary school are not enough to make gentlemen in our country, we have to learn some more basics or govt. will always launch laws for us .. ")

    i think that the best way to prevent people urinating in public places is to create something religious in such places, like painting a religious figure or to erect a religious architecture (even a small one will do)... because in this country people will even jump into a well in the name of religion

    bhai jaan agar aisi jagah pe bhi ye kaam hoga to phir baaki public places pe "ROK SAKO TO ROK LO"
    aur phir agar kisi ko jor ki lagi ho to vo kya kare? ha ha
